Dr. Jeffrey Oliveira PT, DPT
Dr.Oliveira is the owner of Apex & lead Physical Therapy Specialist. Having undergone physical therapy himself for multiple different sport injuries, he understands first hand the challenges patients face when recovering from injuries and the importance of proper rehabilitation.Specializing in sports injury rehabilitation and prevention,he has worked with athletes of all levels, helping them recover from injuries and improve their performance.Driven by a passion for helping others, Jeff is committed to staying current with the latest research and techniques in sports physical therapy. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to his patients, empowering them to achieve their goals that only a small business can offer.

Vanessa is the clinic’s resident Pelvic Health Specialist. She brings over 25 years of Physical Therapy experience to her clients, and loves the daily problem-solving that comes with her specialty of Pelvic Health as she’s seen first-hand how life changing treatment can be.

Dr. Rose Caceres PT, DPT

Rose is an experienced physical therapist with over 8 years in orthopedics, vestibular therapy, and concussion management. Certified by the American Institute of Balance (AIB), she is recognized for her expertise in vestibular and concussion care. Rose is also pursuing certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) and is known for delivering personalized, evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.

Dr. Russell Harrison PT, DPT
​Dr. Harrison is dedicated to helping people reduce pain, move better, and return to the activities they love. His approach emphasizes patient education, evidence based exercises, and empowering patients to learn to help themselves.
Dr. Harrison has always been active and has a background in basketball and volleyball as well as personal experience in their associated injuries. This has influenced how he cares for his patients as he wants to ensure they return to activity feeling prepared rather than cautious.
