Neck Pain

Pain in the neck may result from poor posture,inflammation or injury caused by sudden, irregular movements. Neck pain can restrict your daily activities like driving and perform job duties. Most physical therapy programs for neck pain involve applying treatments to reduce pain and/or stiffness enough to begin an exercise program of strengthening and stretching the neck. Physical therapy is effective in treating neck pain and restoring normal, pain free motion.

  • Develop dynamic strengthening of the neck and its supporting musculature

  • Develop strategies to prevent pain from recurring
